Normally if we have your dress size in stock it will be shipped within two days and allowing seven days for delivery. If you so require you can ask for a tracking numberto follow the delivery of your dress.If you are ordering a dress that is not in stock then add two to three weeks for our factory to make this. A made to measure gown can take up to four weeks to make so make sure there is sufficient time for ordering before your wedding.Our dresses are made so they can be made slightly larger by your local seamstress but you are better to order just above rather than just below.
Can I return my wedding dress
We do not accept returns for any custom cut gowns. We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfied with the quality and dress is not fit for you. Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable. Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee. Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we have not received dress wthin 7 days, then we will not accept the return. Refund only after the return package is received. No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
